Graduation Paperwork
Graduation packets will be mailed in January to all Twelfth graders. If your senior doesn't receive one, please call the school office to request an application. Graduation applications should be returned at least 30 days before you would like your child's diploma. Some parents may choose to issue their own diploma instead of going through Churchville Christian School. Please note: Diplomas issued by Churchville Christian School are not accredited by the Maryland Board of Education.
GED
Students that plan to take the GED test will need to have a form filled out by the local Board of Education coordinator. You may contact your local Board of Education for assistance determining who your coordinator is. In most counties it is the person that you contacted when you filled out the Assurance of Consent Form to begin homeschooling.

CCS Review Assistance Directory
You may call a reviewer on your group list or contact the school office for the name and number of a reviewer from the Assistance Directory.
Driver's Permits
Attendance forms for student 15 years 9 months applying for a learner's permit must be filled out by the homeschooling coordinator. You may contact your local Board of Education for assistance determining who your coordinator is. In most counties it is the person that you contacted when you filled out the Assurance of Consent Form to begin homeschooling.
Work Permits
Work permits may be obtained by following the directions on the Maryland Labor Board website.
Transcripts
Please make all transcript requests in writing by mail or email. Please allow two weeks for your transcript request to be processed.
