2024-2025 Enrollment

Churchville Christian School is currently open to New Enrollments for the 2024-2025 School Year. On this page, you will find the steps needed to enroll with CCS. The information below includes the forms needed, three of which will need to be printed. To Enroll with CCS, Please Return to us the Following:

  • Completed Application.
  • Course Material Plan: Complete this form to the best of your ability for now. If you are still hesitant to make a final decision on your curriculum, perhaps our office can help.
  • Payment of $95.00 (This is the Family Fee for the school Year, not a per child fee). You can pay online, or via Check or Money Order.
  • Be sure to download or print the Notification Form and forward it to the County you reside in. All county addresses and emails can be found at the Downloads page.

Please Note

You may use the curriculums of your choice, or you may choose to design your own. We do have a few listed on the FAQ and Curriculums document located in our Downloads page, which you can look through any time. If you would like to discuss any curriculum choices, please email us so that we can call you at a time that would suit you.
Your family can also homeschool through your county homeschooling office, and they do not have any fees.
